Project Description

Bridgewater is a mixed use development, incorporating shopping, leisure, restaurants, cafés, bars, community space, residential, offices, car parking and landscaped open space. The design was based on a detailed analysis of the town’s planning and development requirements, availing of the opportunity to open up the waterfront as a vibrant public amenity. The new development has provided a catalyst for the rejuvenation of shopping and other activities in Arklow town centre.
